Hi Guys,

Just taken delivery of my third F, a lovely ZXI track car, so one of them needs to go. I've got a noble green 1.8 BA that's been sat up for almost a year now. N651 LAP if you want to see the history. Was bought off a guy on eBay and used for a year until I came across a lovely silver 1.5 up the road from me, of all places, so have been using that as a daily instead.

It's in a bit of a sorry state, will list issues below, but would rather see it go to someone who can get some use out of it, rather than scrapping. If there's no interest then it'll be scrapped.

Condition:
- Major lacquer peeling on the O/S rear section
- Front bumper damaged and bodge repaired by the O/S wheel arch
- Bonnet has dents, rust bubbles, generally worse for wear but is straight and opens/closes fine.
- 2 tyres have slow punctures but all have decent tread
- Drivers door lock barrel is broken, so was using the boot. Missing one of the nuts from passenger door handle, where I tried to take it off to look at replacing the barrels and it fell in the door!
- The rear interior will be missing, as it'll be going in the V6, as will the carpets.
- The engine had a slightly lumpy idle on occasions but drove/pulled well.

If there are specific parts you need, that are possible to be removed on a drive, then I'm happy to take a look and price them up but would much rather someone come and take it away whole. Car is located in Cardiff.

If only I had the room, I'd take it as a donor car! (but I already have two BAs and a BG )

However, if you do come to scrap it, then does it have a spoiler, and if so, is it an original pre-Ford BA spoiler with the third brake light in it? If so, I'll have that from you, and I'm even happy to come down to Cardiff and take it off myself and save you the job! (I used to live in Cardiff - now in West Mids).

Otherwise I do appreciate it's easier for you to just get rid of the car whole, so I won't ask about anything else!

It's ok, it's fine in this area of the forum; would be good to post a picture, and give an indication of the amount you're looking for.

This has sadly been scrapped. I do have a silver 1.5 that I'll be breaking, so will pop a new thread up for that.

This one does have a spoiler but unfortunately it's the one without the third brake light. It does have the side flutes (think that's what they're called) if you're after some of them, in silver of course

Ah, that's a shame about the V6

I'm overhauling my silver 1.5, so if yours is 3L and you're breaking it thoroughly then I'll be interested in a number of things, including body panels and doors.
