Hi, I have a mazda 323f 1993 1.6 fuel injected car and I was wondering what the hose below is and what its purpose.

Hi,
it's for the engine to suck all the oil vapors and air/fuel vapors that went through the compression rings in the crankcase..
Also that way it keeps the cover colder..(by my opinion the whole engine)
There it has to be a valve that opens and closes acording to the vaccum inside the intake..
