ive read up abit about boosting a ZE,but there are millions of diff opinions.
what id like to know is who here is/has done it with what kind of boost numbers and how long has the engine been trouble free?

as far as i can see,the only real issue with boosting a ZE is the Rods,so upgrading to forged ones will solve alot (?)

Probe guys are also making crazy power on low boost !

Another option is going with the KF connection ronds, the lower the compression as well.

Engine knock is the main problem. On a stock ZE you can do it, but take a ECU that features knocksensor capabilities. Then you can go fine within 1bar of boost, but stay on a higher octane fuel to get safe.
