It has been brought to our attention that there have been some unwelcome posts and behaviour recently.

Please remember when posting that your intended emotions cannot always be perceived and careful use of “smilies” can really help to ensure your comment is not taken the wrong way.
If you do receive a post that you find offensive, take the time to read it a second time before rushing into a response, try and see it from the poster’s point of view, it may be a simple mis-understanding.

CLUB323F would like to make it clear that threatening, bullying, and abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

If any member feels that they are receiving threats or being bullied, or indeed if any member sees that another member is being bullied, please report it to the staff, and we will look into the allegations.
Due to the serious nature of such behaviour, the admin staff can, if required, look not only through previous posts, but also through private messages, in order to fully investigate, and obtain all the necessary information pertaining to the allegations.
The Club323F facebook page and chat is, to all intents and purposes, considered part of the club, and posts there can also be considered for investigation.

Where allegations are upheld, action will be taken that is deemed appropriate, and will range from a warning, to a lifetime ban. If deemed necessary, the Police will also be informed, and we are obliged to pass all information to them.

Club323F has always been a friendly and welcoming place, and we would like to keep it as such.

Thanks,
Club323F
