I'm 50% complete on my alarm installation. I've got the central locking working and the indicators flashing on arm/disarm. What i need to know is...
Is there a single wire i can tap into for the door trigger? I found the passenger door switch wire (red/white), but i gotta also tap into the other 3 door switches which involves routing a wire to the other 3 door switches.
To save time and effort it would be much easier if i could tap into a single wire that goes to ground when any of the doors are opened. Does anyone know where this magical wire is?
I'm not talking about central locking here, i'm talking about the door switch pin that makes the light come on. I've tried the multimeter at the light fitting, but to no avail.
Once i've got this done, i'm going to post some pics and a mini guide for anyone fitting their own alarm.
