Can some one look up brake proportional valves for me please,
I need to know if there is any difference between the following:
323F 1.5
323F 1.8
323F V6 NON ABS
323F V6 WITH ABS

hope fully the 1.5 and 1.8 will be the same and the V6 non abs and with abs will be the same!

Thank you

Nathan

Hi, I have a full lock set with ignition barrel, 2 door barrels, boot barrel and a glovebox barrel. I need to check which car it is for, was told that it is for the BA but it doesnt have a chip facility for the immobiliser.

Could someone possably check this part number which is attached to the complete set.

GG 65 BS87D

below the bar codes is the following: R 00 K7400 10201 J

Tag on the key ring also has the 10201

Much appreciated

Shayne

cant find them
Have to try and describe
For v6 ABS
There are 2 pipes coming from the master - they go into the abs controller
from the abs controller 4 pipes come out
2 go to the front wheels
2 go into the prop valve and come out other side to rear wheels

V6 without abs
2 pipes come from master - go into prop valve
4 pipes come out of prop valve, 1 to each wheel

I think the only reason the ABS one has a "prop valve" is so that the rear pipework is the same on all cars up to the prop valve, it looks like the abs unit actually controls the proportioning as this is where the 2 pipes go to 4..........

I've tried to look up "GG 65 BS87D" today but get no matches (might be me doing something wrong though, not that experienced using EPC)

Ball joint help needed ladies and gents, I'm not near my EPC :?

When we swapped the hubs on Meanie for 1.8 hubs from the doner car for the turbo GTR, we had a slight concern about the lower ball joints.

I'm not sure if they are 18mm or 16mm, the Leamington Mazda parts guy was no help, reg number is P821 HKO, chassis number JMZBA14P201384571!

I know there is a cutoff point where the production switch was done, anyone give me a clue, or confirm size? Kinda in a hurry too, gotta do all the work Saturday for the MOT next week.

Cheers in advance :)

Thanks guys :thumbright:

Back on the EPC myself now, looks like Meanie has the 18mm, same as the donor car, I'm gonna change them out anyway I think :)

I nearly choked when the Leamington Mazda guy told me how much they charge for them, £72...... EACH

Car Spares for me :p

^ Closest I could find. Not sure if it's the sensors there or just the bracket for it.
