will this short shifter come with all the washers, bolts, nuts and everything?

it seems cheap compared to others ive seen. any reason?

and how long does it take to deliver?

It's cheaper than the TWM shortshifter I bought, probably because the TWM is made from aircraft quality aluminium and has sealed bearings at the bottom instead of provision for the standard nylon bushes ...

Yeah, my TWM shortshifter was almost 3 times more expensive [img]http://www.dirty-pages.net/forum/images/smiles/icon_cry.gif[/img] than that

It works great though and all spacers, nuts and rings came with it
(don't know if those also come with that other shortshifter, i think it does though).

i've got the TWM one too, Gold members get a discount on them from TWM direct, as we initially had problems getting them from advertised websites

Hi guys,

well if all goes to plan I will have one of those shortshifters from Jeroentje because they sent me the wrong front splitter

I hope it's as good as if not better than the TWM one. Find out soon I guess

I got one to off E-bay!!
I mean I have to pay for it in the next few days if I want it!!!
It will come from the states, it's for the MX-6 & Ford probe so I hope it will fit!!

The shifter cost 15$ + 15$ + customs & western union costs in Croatia, I hopi it will not go over 50$!!! :drunken:

Those for the MX-6 do fit cause I already fitted a shortshifter for the 323F
in a MX-6 and it's exactly the same fit.

I see it will reduce the travel with 40%, I measured it but it's more like 50% [img]http://www.bitsoup.org/pic/smilies/thumbsup.gif[/img]

That's not an short throw shifter mate, that's an hacked OE shifter which has no longer lower leg!!
If you want to make an DIY one you have to chopp it at the end and weld an extension!
You have an DIY guide somewhere on the forum! :thumbright:

Miroslav, what adjustment did you have to make to that mx6 shifter??
i was thinking of ordering one just now because it looks like it will fit...

old thread, but still have a question. If you put a short shifter, do you have to adjust also a shifter boot? I have it from rubber OEM, and i don't wan't to change it..

you would probably need to change it, as it will be squashed down a lot on the shorter one
