Title says it all really, I've seen a couple of photos of s BJ Sport steering wheel fitted to a BA , and was wondering whether it fits straight on without any modification?

PM Stuz as he has done it and sure he will give you all the detail, but essentially bolt on.

It fits straight on, however behind the steering wheel is a purple thing which controls the indicator self-cancelling. On the BA, the pins are vertical. On the BJ, they're horizontal. So just drill two notches on the back of the wheel (will make sense when you see it).

If I remember right from when we did Stuz', you can keep the BA clockspring, run the horn and airbag wires into the BJ wheel, bridge the airbag wires with the 3.3ohm resistor, then solder the horn wire to the appropriate place in the wheel (I forget where now). Fit the airbag, bolt up from the back - job done
