Any here herd of AET-Turbos.co.uk ? are they a trusted turbo specialists? as i have a quote for a turbo for me 1.8 being processed.

to turbo my 1,8

all in, new injectors, pistons basically a new engine built around my 1.8 they want 9.7k

a sh*t load of money but will be fastest ba in my area, not sure if anyone els has done this job.

o Lantis's BA was pushing 350hp.

he gave me 3 specs i could of had

1, Road user = 300bph (w/ low torque)
2, Tuner = 350bhp (w/ decient torque)
3, Quarter mile style as he called it 400bhp (f*ck loads torque but useless on roads)

well trhey said 350bhp giver or take a few

he said for a v6 its an extra £750 - £1400

you do realise that kind of power will be wasted without a lsd and you will be needing road legal slicks if you want the best out of it. my old boss had a corrado with 380hp threw the front wheels, coilovers, lsd, toyo R888 road legal slicks and would still spin up in 3rd which ment tyre replacement about every 3 to 4 months depending on mileage and driving style. I know everyone want that kind of hp but you need to think about all the other things as well.

yea i know thats what i was thinking about the whole spinning thing ty;es then i thought 4wd conversion but that also then adds to the already DEEEP pockets to holster the bill. its nothing i have commited to just something i am researching.

I should be getting a v6 off EDWUMASTER that i may just get a 2.5 KL-ZE for 200bhp engine plus the niggly extras from other bits and bobs should be just fine

well a well tuned v6 is loads of fun and if your suspension is set up good you will be able to embarrass quite a lot of new vehicles. beleive me i know lol. I am always thinking i need more power but at the end of the day the money to sustain it is just too high and i have way too much fun as it is to complain lol

haha well i got the bumpers off paul carbon bonnet off LaZeR i got a spoiler her might just get a new one tho mines naffy and chavy so exterior is sorted. Just the guts of the car left to tune
