really dont want to let it go but i cant afford to run it for work as im moving and round trip goes from 4 miles a day to over 30.

Your economy will go right up - short runs are really heavy on fuel - bet it won't be as bad as you think...

a light foot on the commute will be worth it to keep the car

Definatley a Type-R. It's a shame that they've put a UK reflector panel on there. Matt if you buy that I have a spare Type-R panel that i could be persuaded to sell.

They've treated that like shit.

Looks like the wind deflectors have gone too.

BEWARE!! If it has had a rear standard reflector panel put in i have a funny feeling that this car will be a cat c write off OR it hasnt been declared and fixed up on the cheap after a rear end collision with possibly a dodgy chassis. Anyone interested in buying this have a good look in all the usual areas for any damage at all.

On the flip side of the coin, it might just have had the parts worth salvaging sold on like the splitter and rear reflector BUT the steering wheel would have been the first thing sold.

Also odometer not working for a week past. I doubt it. The true milage could be anything. Check the service/mot docs too.

I am very wary of this one besides i have never seen a 2005 BA before also!

I really get a bad feeling about that car. I reckon it should be used as a donor car at most.

I agree that there are reasons to be wary. I (maybe wrongly) assumed that the rear panel had been changed so they didn't need to add an additional fog light? If I had the money I'd buy it to break. There's probably room for negotiation on the price too. :thumbright:

It's an import, so 2005 would be the year it was registered in the UK :roll:

so i wouldnt be too bothered about the CAT C thing, the rear panel missing or any of that stuff

However, I(we)'ve Decided that we cant afford that one at the mo - and think i'll try for another special BA later in the year when funds allow :thumbright:

It could be all strictly legit and genuine but there are a lot of variables which i think are dodgy. The odometer being disconnected being the main one. Milage 99,999. Dont like it.
