hi i have a kenwood cd play which i have taken out and trying to sell to a mate who has the same model but the cd player goes on but the screen stays blank does anyone have any ideas why

light gone for the display, driver gone, connection failed, could be all sorts mate...

Unless you know someone that can fix it, and it's a particularly good unit, it's probably more economical to buy another unit.

i know the cd player works as i took it out of my car and put it straight in his then checked it after and it worked in mine again think its the wiring in the car
