does anyone know of a 5V supply anywhere in the dash area that could be tapped off from? or is it all 12V?

(not sure the best section to put this in but as it will be for my iPhone charger this seemed good enough)

I would think that it's all 12V, but not 100% sure.

Check maplins, I think that they used to do varible voltage transformers that you could set the output voltage and polarity :thumbleft:

probably be cheaper with an iPod charger

i just dont like things hanging out the cigarette lighter so i'll take the plug apart and connect the pins behind the dash somewhere

im an electronic engineer so it should be easy enough, if anyone wants a how-to, pm me :salute:
