my mate put one on his mg v6, and reckoned he could feel the difference...

I wouldn't waste my money though, the pressure you'd need would require a pretty hefty electric motor, which would probably drain as much power as it gave

Guess it would come in handy as a nice fan on the dash to keep u cool in the summer though.

The theory behind these is very good, and some… do work, but they are the ones that REALLY blast air in – Like the famous leaf blower vid knocking around the net.

but it claims to be better than standard electric superchargers and claims that it will provide 1psi extra boost only when the throttle is
floored? otherwise it stays off somehow its connected to the throttle sensor or something??

You have to make a bracket to attach a switch onto the throttle. That way it will only come on full throttle. But then when its off the fan is in the way of the air flow which will reduce your power. The motor also tends to burn out.dont bother with it fella

Small model aircraft engine, and then connect the throttle to the main cable... Fill the front windscreen wiper tank with petrol and hook that
up to the little engine!

Then you could also say you've got 2 engines!
