Hi I have just bought a new head unit(kenwood m9021) and speakers (MB Quart 116 and
MB Quart 157) I have replaced the speakers on the drivers side and I
have found them to be quieter than the originals. Have I done
something wrong or are they just quieter? If they are quieter I
think I will be taking them out and trying to sell them.

Any help would be really appreciated

Thanks

what do you mean by switch them? Also do they need special wiring? Plus the origanal speakers have a special back on them to protect it from the rain any suggestions on how to protect mine or dont they need it?

Thanks

High-quality speaker are more sensible for + and - wiring..so you might try and switch + and -.. I've got caliber speakers which also lack a raincover but it's not an issue..the doorrubber keeps most moist away..
