Open - fits around the steering wheel. The bar swings outwards, you close the two halves & then bring the bar down and lock it. Takes just a few seconds.
I bought this over a decade ago, used it on Sundance until very recently - it works perfectly, right size for a standard BA steering wheel, I just don't use it any more as it damages the steering wheel cover (because the cover increases the diameter of the steering wheel: the disklok is supposed to be slightly loose on the SW and spin around it, preventing anyone from being able to get a grip on the SW and steer the car, even if they get it started).
Has both keys (one never used). It's getting a bit scruffy; but the sole point is as a visual deterrent, and then to stop the car being nicked long enough for the w*s trying it to get bored and move on, even if they get the car started.
Would suit someone who has to regularly park up in a dodgy area, but doesn't have an alarm.
