Hi all!

Long-time lurker but never really posted

I'm planning on buying a 323F (BG) shortly and looking forward to joining you all with these wonderful cars

Quick story: I grew up with my grandparents owning a lovely (J-reg I think) 323F SE Executive which they and I loved, but unfortunately it had to be sold when they moved abroad. I've always wanted once since young as a result and the oppotunity has finally come up!

I'll upload to pics when I collect the car

Great to have you in the club.
The BG is one of my favourite cars, looking forward to seeing the pictures!

Hello again!

Thank you for the welcome

I have picked her up and after a lovely 250 mile drive, she is home safe and no problems or leaks on the 250 miles!

I promised a picture

Hi
Great! That's looking like a post-facelift SE Executive or more likely a GLX. (i.e. after May 1991) in "burning red".

Thank you, you're correct! it's a '94 GLX

Needs some love on the front bodywork and some new suspension rubbers, but other than that...it's near impossible to fault! Amazing for a 27 year old car.

Hi, my wife and I have had over a dozen 323s - all sorts; GTs, estates, 323fs etc. over the past 30 years.

We are currently on our third BA (1998, 1.5 manual). We've also had a couple of MX5s as well and still have one (Mk1s obviously, for the pop ups!)

Thanks for having us on board.

[attachment=0] File comment: The silver one is being moved on as an MOT failure due to tin worm in the chassis. The blue one is the current runner.
