Hi Manuel! Welcome
The BA is an amazing car, it's well built. I have a 1.5 and a V6. The BA boot is huge, you can get lots of large stuff in it. The Z5 1.5 engine is "bomb-proof", it's extremely reliable. The 1.5 is very lightweight and economical, and in my experience is better for shorter or intermediate trips; it can do long distance very well too (I've driven mine all over the UK, it performs excellently), but it's underpowered, so driving a very long distance can be tiring because you don't have the power, and you can't tow with it. If you're climbing lots of steep hills every day, you need a 1.8 or a V6. Obviously the V6 is best to cruise in, it makes long distance travel really easy, although the petrol consumption isn't as good.
As maZZda says, check the car very carefully for rust, particularly around the wheel arches and sills. You will always be able to mend a 323F mechanically, but possibly not structurally.
A warning: if you want a V6, you'll have to actually buy one, you can't simply put a V6 engine in a 1.5 or 1.8 (at least not without a lot of hassle, and upgrading lots of other things too). I say this, because I've seen people ask about it. I guess nothing is impossible, but it's far less hassle to just get a nice V6 immediately!
I hope you can find a really good car. If you do, please come back and show us photos
