Hey all, i have owned a couple of BGs in the past, had this one flash under my nose while pining after the rusty civic I sold...

So I have purchased a GLX and this will be refreshed and used daily, once the inner sills have been cut out and repaired, outer sills replaced complete, rear strut towers repaired and subframes removed treated and refitted!

Im happy, or will be once im sat behind some pop ups again!!!

Welcome back, good to hear another is being saved. good luck, you know its worth it

We all know it's worth it.
Yesterday, waiting to get the new cartridge for the turbo, a new Greatwall (chinese/Bulgarian car) almost fire up..
We helped the guy to start the car by pushing..
It fire up on 2 cylinders and after 2-3 minutes it was on 4 and good to go..
What a wreck, and it's 4 or 5 years old..
Mazdas on 25 years fire on the second turn of the crank..
Mazdas are realy great cars!
Only rusting alot, but there's nothing unrepairable..

your right, nothing is unrepairable, lucky i hae a couple of sills on the way and some other interior parts to tidy it up a little, very happy, mine fired right up but i don think mine has sat for too long!!
