Well ive been messing with cars for years but i needed a cheap 5door for the new born but i dont do slow so i bought a cheap 1.8 sport but it was terribly slow so for a laugh i put a td04 turbo on it.

basic spec is
new shocks and springs
diy window tints

cast manifold from austrialia ( the only thing i didnt custom make)
td04 turbo with aero braided oil hose from sandwhich plate and silicone oil return
removed sump to drill / tap for oil return ( sump was throughly clean and oil now drains like new )
custom intercooler and pipework ( some minor tweeks needed but it all works)
315cc injectors at 4bar fuel pressure with emanage ultimate running the fuel/ignition
2.5" turbo back exhuast with wategate plumbed back into downpipe.

and loads of other niggles to make it all work.

He're a few photos as i belive i might be the only one in the uk to do this? cost me next to nothing as i have so many spares for toyota and mazdas lying about,

also my track car is a 412bhp starlet GT (had many setups on it over the last 11 years but been a good diy learning curve and a 269bhp 1.8 eunos roadster with a vf28 ihi turbo - with all supporting mods, great fun.

cheers dude and yup lol thats what a craving for more power does when you have a car for 11 years. its been through so many setups and 3 engines before i settled on the current setup

does 0-100mph in around 8 seconds and best 1/4mile is 10.8 so far with semi slicks but its more of a cuircit car now

those photos came out pretty poor but you get the idea

Did you sort ecu out mate and any information where you got it from ect thanks andy

yea sorted, did it the old fasioned way buy tracing wires.

i did some rough diagrams on some paper if its useful i can take a photo and upload them?

basically shows the wires needed to install a piggyback ecu

Well i had it lying around in my garage as I'm a hoarder lol but its an damage ultimate. I've also got a a brand new aem fic 6. But I've tuned emanages before so went with that1 due to experience.
