well been playing again, not sure if this has been done before guess it has but here goes. fitted new wheels other week and ever since with the harsher ride the cd multi change in the boot has been jumping, which annoyed me somewhat. so calling on past experiance i got to thinking and thought i wonder if it will fit. so after a measure and a real pain in removing the upper glove box and a few strong words it now has a new home in the upper glove box and no longer jumps. multi change is an old unit but i think looks quite nice in there. just don't ask me how i did it as re routing the air vent hose is a major pain and it only just fitted with about 2mm to spare. used flexi hose to do this orginal in bin but here is couple of pics so you can see the finished result. but then gues this been done before but still quite proud of it closed glove box [img]http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e82/boycey1971/cdplayer016.jpg[/img] and within [img]http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e82/boycey1971/cdplayer017.jpg[/img] [img]http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e82/boycey1971/cdplayer018.jpg[/img] comments more than welcome |
