How does this damn bumper come off , i've got all the nuts off I can find but there is a strange fitting holding it still, any ideas??. Not enough access for a grinder.

Ok got it sorted some NUT had Welded the nuts eventually had to find a slim grinder to cut the nuts off,
barsteward for access due to rear washerbottle.
