Hi all,

Looking at buying a MK1 Leon Cupra R, and have seen an interesting one on seatcupra.net, but was looking for some unbiased opinions on remapped turbos. Ideally I'd have gone for a standard one, but almost every one has been remapped in some way.

One of the options is a 2005 car that has done 60k miles, with a stage 1 map from 5.5k miles, and stage 2 map from 20k or so miles (with matching upgrades such as exhaust, FMIC etc). Both maps are standard Revo maps, with no RR to confirm bhp (not fussed about bhp, but more about what damage it could do over time to the engine/other components other than the clutch).

I could have posed this question on the seatcupra.net forum, but figured I'd get a more unbiased opinion here :)

Cheers guys!
