well, first off you should know that you can't program your ECU so you need to buy a stand-alone computer. go look for those on the internet and if you can afford on of those, i suggest you come back for more info ;)

Personally I wouldn't bother, Do a bpt conversion like a few others on here, I'm sure they will be along soon enough to advise

Yeah - "Research" I think it's called?

Seriously, for the cash you would spend turboing a BP-05 without killing it, you might aswell swap it for a BPT and get more oomph out of it :)

or save your money in general and buy a Civic if you're really into putting a turbo on something.

My advice would always be this...

If you want to turbo your car, because you love the car, and you want to modify it, and have something different, then go ahead.

If you want to turbo your car because it just isn't fast enough...then go buy a faster car. It'll be much cheaper in the long run ;) I know people that have spent thousands of pounds - 5 figure sums - making their cars quite a lot faster, but not really fast. For the same money, they could have bought supra TTs, skylines...one of them was talking Ferrari money...on an escort

Or...

You do want to do that, because you want to start at the beginning! ;)

Mastering full understeer circuit driving is good learning for if one
were to buy an evo later when there is more money to play with.

For me personally I'd like to see all the drivetrain setups build to a
trackcar in my life. With the crown definatly being an evo! Which
understeers untill you reach 600bhp, and therefor the learning done
prior will help you blast the f*** out of a fast car better = quicker. :)

Besides that, between the racing F and any normal car there is sooo
much room for improvement! :D
