Lovely little hair dryer you've got there, Ricardo, and very neatly installed !! So .... how does she go ???

Regarding engine management - have you considered a Dastek Unichip ? I have one in my N/A 1.8, and it works a charm. I believe it does contain the necessaries for turbo management too .....

HELLO, my name ia Amit, how did u make the manifold like? 4-2-1 or 4-1? im thinking about making one, i have mazda 323c A.K.A Neo, 1500 Z5 (se-jdm), manual girbox. one of a kind in israel.

gingerboywonder... have you changed the compression of your engine at al of is it staying as standard? could you increase the boost preassure by doing this without any other structural changes do you know???

Dasteks aren't that hot for turbod cars as they have only a limited amount of adjustment on both the ignition and timing as they use the standard fuel map so if youve fitted bigger injectors it may not be able to adjust, may have crappy idle or run very rich off boost, also keeps the AFM and can't use a MAP sensor.

Since your going from 150cc to 300cc I think you would have major problems running a dastek!!

Maybe i'll build a KLZE project once i've finished the BPT, gotta be easier than the wiring mission i'm on at the mo just to keep with the pattern of what i asked about all those years ago and where i'm at now :evil4:

this was only quoted as i know how much effort you have put in fella
just to show the awe i have for all the effort and time you have spent on your f's
the chuckle was about the questions asked and the fact that now you are deemed as the best to answer the questions
if you dont know the answer then we are pretty much screwed or ask hughie

as always you are the first i would ask if i need to annoy a member/mod for tech stuff

amazing.. 7 years old this thread is.. aha... now though i think i would either be using a mini cooper s turbo, or something around the gtx2560r range, very quick spool, and the same top end power of a gt28!

plus i would go stand alone for this sort of application, just because I would like it to be some what efficient when I'm off the throttle.. :lol:
