Does anyone know how to take off the gray bracket that holds the number plate on at the front, I wanted to remove it for my square plates but there just seems to be two sealed clip-things. If anyone knows how I can take this off without me blindly wrecking the darn thing please tell me!! D. |

Well I figure it out if anyone is interested in changin they're plate (make them look like japanese model). You need to take the whole front bumber off sounds daunting but is fairly simple yet time consuming, then fix the plate when it is off. (inciently there are two screw holes behind the rear number plate - dunno what there for though. Gonna do it next week to go with my neons - for the ultimate import look! |

Well I managed to get the whole bumper off - lights and everything, wiht help from the not so well explain haynes manual. I twas then that I relasied that the clips behind the number frame were not sealded, but they were in fact just screws DOH! So I had to put it all back and alter it and now it looks fab! P.S. I discovered somehting useful thoguh. If anybody wanted foglights but are hesitent about the £250 price tag for parts ands fitting, all the wiring and sockets are already in the car you just need the parts and it ain't that hard, so you can save yourself for £125 for labour and do it ya self! pretty cool huh? |
