Hello guys! I'm on the lookout for a set of coilovers for my V6 BA. First off, is there a difference between 1.5/1.8 and those for a v6, or are they all the same? Secondly, it seems like it's super hard to find. I found some on madmotors, but they do not ship to sweden, and they dont have them in stock anymore. I found some, very expensive ones (1100GBP~) but i'm not really that desperate yet. I was thinking more like, 3-400gbp. I would consider buying used, if someone had a set in good condition. Anyone know of a place where i could order some? Thanks in advance! |

Hi, type "D2 coilovers" or "Tein" in the searchbox you have and there will pop up their sites. If you want cheaper solution check "TA technix" in E-bay..

I finally managed to find some, not in the UK, but the question remains. Some sites sell different coilovers for the V6, and some sites just sells for the BA and some just for 323f. While it's not unusual for sites not to know/care about the differences between a BG, and BAv6 or a BJ, and just call them all "mazda 323" is nothing new, when it comes to a significant sum of money, it would be nice to actually see it specified. I have no idea about the suspension on the v6 and non v6, i only know the brakes and wheels are different, but somehow i suspect the rest of it might differ too. Any idea about that? |

Well, the spring rate should be different upfront as the V6 engine is heavier, not sure about the rear, but mechanically should be the same. not sure as the V6's igt to "play" with were with different problems and i do not turn any attention on their suspension.. |

I know it's not technical, but there are a lot of significant differences.
