Hi Everybody

So somebody leaned on it some time ago and it got a crack. So I was driving home one night and when I got home I saw the whole light assembly and the water hose for the back window hanging, the black housing probably broke off due to the speed and the air flow....

Anyways my question is can that part be easily accessible and where can I get it? If not what is the best recommendation to fixing it? Hope the picture below helps. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
