Does any one know how to remove 3rd brake light panel ?

It's removed from underneath :thumbleft:

Pull off the trim piece on the inside of the tailgate, then there's a small clip on both of the site trim pieces, aswell as the parcel-shelf string hooks. Then just pull those off, and you should see some 10mm nuts holding the high level brake light on :thumbleft:
