I wanna buy the "VS (VeilSide)-Style" bodykit from Carmate, I contacted them in Australia but the shipping is a little expensive, so I was wondering if http://jeroentje.nl/ might give me a better price as he/they might import multiple kits and thus lower the shipping costs. But I diden't get any answers on the e-mail I sent.

Anyone knows the price for the full VS-Style Carmate bodykit? That's wing, sideskirts & front!

Thanks,
Sondre

Yes I'm hoping they might have around the same price for the full kit, and maybe less shipping as it's in Europe, and they might have imported many more items to lower shipping cost, we'll see when we get some respons from them!

I'm from Norway :)

It's a little lower than the original front yes, but I don't know how much. A guy I talk with online, from nothern Norway, got the same kit and I've seen a bunch of pictures of his car, looks smooth :)

How low it will be will of course depend on your springs and shocks, mine is currently lowered 40mm on original shocks on the front, and smaller shocks in the back, fitted by a shop and I have no idea what they are.

I'm getting a complete new setup where I can change the height to some degree, not sure what I'm getting yet but I need it soon as my current shocks are basicly "dead" :)

Jeroentje (the guy's first name) has this front bumper available, though nog the matching skirts. Yes it is low, I saw cars that had about 5 cm's left to the ground (which were lowered about 4cm). In the Netherlands it costs about € 500. Don't know how much shipping he charges. He is very busy (he runs his company on his own) and he daily has some 100+ mails to reply, so it can take a while. alternatively try with messenger fanmail@jeroentje.nl
Good luck, it's a nice bumper.

(maybe that craig can come over sometime whe we have a meeting? Jeroen is always there)

Hey guys,im from Australia and have this Veilside kit fitted to my 323f,all i can say is it has been a nightmare to drive anywhere with the kit especially when the car is lowered :(
I have had my front bar modified and raised nearly an inch just so its not as bad over speed humps and stuff, but i still continue to have trouble with parking lots etc
Its is a nice looking kit but has its downsides aswell
Here is a pic of it
Image
As you can see even after having it modified and raised its still very close to the ground
