Hi,

I've got a 2001 BJ that didn't come with front fogs as standard. I'm looking round for some at the moment but just want someone to confirm I have the right connector.

I don't yet have a front fog switch (only rear) so I need to get one of those, I also may not have a relay if I need one (I haven't checked this yet).

I took out the blanking plate from my dash and found the following connector for the switch:

I have had a look under the hood and found 2 spare connections which I assume may be for the fogs:

Can anyone tell me if this is correct or even better take some pictures of their stuff in comparison? :D

Thanks in advance!

that connector by the radiator is for the ambient temp sensor/climate control which I assume you don't have

for the front fog lights, the connector should be shared with the rear fog lights.... the switch is a "combination" switch... upper half for front fogs, lower half for rear fogs

the fog light harness connection should be at the driver's side corner, next to the washer bottle... you can't see it until you removed the bumper... it's a much larger square connector

and paul's car is a PFL... quite a few differences in wiring in that car... I'm afraid he won't be much help because he used the US/Aussie/Japan fog light switch, which is front fogs only and a very different style connector
