So I recently started playing with the idea of doing a KF/KL swap. Over here in my country we only ever got the 1.5, not even the 1.8.

So the other day I started playing with the idea of buying a second 1.5 do swap a V6 into after a friend of mine said he can offer me all the parts needed to do it (essentially the whole car without the body on a pallet lol), shipped to me for around a grand, cost of a BA here is a grand or less so I'd hope to have it done for 3 grand who knows when but that probably wouldn't go to plan as usual lol.

Main thing holding me back is that I don't have another garage to keep this car in and I can't do this on the street.

But anyway my question is aimed more towards those that have already done this, I'd like to know what the experience was like, what was needed and your advice.

And before anyone says it, NO I cannot just buy a V6 car because there are none here and I can't import one because it would be very expensive and I would get shafted with registration and tax and fees.
