| Post subject: | gearbox oil leak |
I have an oil leak on a zxi that seems to be from the near side drive shaft where it enters the gearbox. Does anyone know how easy it would be for a diy replacement of the oil seal? Anyone else had similar problems, it has only done 22,000 miles so I was wandering if the driveshaft might be bent although there is no vibration or judder. |

quite easy to do in situ, about hours work tops. be carefull putting shaft back in best if you get somebody to locate in gearbox as shaft is put in so as not to damage new seal |
