I've had my 323f for a few months now. I've noticed that the idle RPM drops significantly when I use the brakes while idling or continuously press the electric window buttons to raise the windows. Could this be a sign of a faulty alternator?

Best way to check the Alternator health is to put a mulitmeter on the battery while the car is idling. Anything above 13.2v is good health.

Thnaks I tested it at idle, and the battery reads 14.4V, so it's not the alternator.

The airflow is fixed with tape, but I think it's done pretty well, so I don't believe that's the cause of the significant RPM drop when using, for example, the electric window button or brake

Is the battery correct for the car? It should be 60ah 510cca

Yes the battery is correct, so maybe it’s something with the idle valve? But I have no idea

I'd recommend doing a smoke lead test. I did this when I first got my V6 because it had a vacuum leak.
