| Post subject: | Engine Conversion Insurance Quote |
Just phoned adrian flux for a quote on the BPT engine conversion, including full stainless exhaust, custon induction, FMIC, alloys and lowering springs and was astounded when they came back with a quote of £813 with £250 excess all legal cover and like for like replacements, this being over £100 cheaper then i am paying now for the standard engine with only alloys and lowering springs without like for like replacements. Just thought you guys would like to know if any of you are thinking about the conversion but was wary of increased insurance costs. |

Damn! Mine came to £530.67 (albeit with zero voluntary excess as adding it didn't change the quote ) ..and I couldn't all the mods properly as the FSE and ecotek don't come under any of teir options.. I guess Tescos is still winning for me...
