Hi all,

Any idea what can we do about broken/destroyed/worn power window regulator bushes in our 323F BAs? Basically, as far I understand, there are 2 different kind of bushes/rollers (correct me if they are 3) that are "problematic" as they get worn and then the windows start to get rattling and unstable.

I got the "brown" ones machined at a machine shop so I got some spares of those but there is also a black bush/roller in the middle of the door which is much harder to make since if u make spares out of plastic it won't be able to pop in the mechanism. Any idea for this? Also, I don't have a clean sample of it cause it's kinda broken.

As windows are a big part on out beloved BA's, and we all most likely are having an issue with them, i just thought i'd drop a reply. While i have nothing to add, i am also interested if someone comes up with a solution.

Just a thought - would 3d printing perhaps be a possibility?
