I've got the most annoying sound in the world coming from my exhaust. The problem is I know its not the heat shield, as I dont have any, and theres no other bits of metal near the exhaust that is hanging off to cause the rattle.

I took it to the garage and they seem to think that there is something inside the exhaust pipe. I've got a custom system on my car and the company will charge a bomb to take it off and have a look. (If someone else deals with the exaust it voids the warranty).
Any ideas of how to solve this problem? Any help/suggestions welcome.

If the zorst is still in warrenty, the company who supplied it should fix the rattle for free surely, if the noise is coming from inside the system

I'll second that !
