Hi I hope someone can help with a few technical queries I have. on a 1996 ZXI on a P plate
1/ I read somewhere that its supposed to have a high level brake light were these an optional extra?
2/ are the electric widow switches and mirror switch supposed to illuminate?
3/ is it common for the dash to have a few rattles if not does anyone have any suggestions where I would start to eliminate this annoyance?

Early ones didn't have them or were optional - mine doesn't

Yes - take coins out of ashtray Mine has developed a rattle in the last few days, but it's only when it's cold outside and inside the car.
