Its good if you want to improve your sound system without building full on boxes for all the speakers. Buy some Dynamat, cut it out and fit it to the skins and frames of the doors and in your boot as well if you're being quite pedantic about it. Not sure how many sheets but I'd say budget for twenty to thirty sheets, depending how pedantic you are. You'll only need one layer of sound deadening I guess, any more and you'll have trouble putting panels back on (like door cards) and it'll weigh the car down. Wont be much but you may notice a difference. |

If you want to go one step further while you have door cards and the like off put sealant round anything that looks like it may vibrate or wobble, for example the small clips that attach the door card to the door which will probably fall off and on the floor the first time you take the door card off |

Dynamat is one of the best to use. In the shops is £25 for a pack, look on ebay and you will find bulk discount for the stuff. You dont need to put it everywhere mind, best option to do is to used a pack on the back panel of the door and cut strips out for the front of the front part. Works better plus it will save you money |

I'd use brown bread over dynamat anyday, easier to use, in my opinion

Its expensive and you don't really get much in a pack of dynamat.i just put a bit on rear of boot to stop number plate rattle as that does my head in! |

Quite sure am going to do at least the base of my boot. Dynamat do big boot/'trunk' kits but they are like £70 Is it worth the premium? Or should i get something cheaper? Am happy to pay if it is going to work. |
