| Post subject: | BA V6 Standard wheel weight |
Hi All, Does anyone happen to know the weight of the standard 5-spoke V6 BA wheels, without tyres? I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth swapping tyres onto my Mazdaspeed rims on the race car, as I'll use whichever rims are lighter. |

The mazdaspeed wheels are made by rays engineering and I can tell you now are a lot lighter. |

Mine aren't that light, the're the MS-D wheels that came on the Capella wagon. They weigh 8kg each, in the 16x7" size, which is not heavy but not that light. My basic maths subtracting the tyre weight from the stock Lantis wheels figures that the stock 16x6.5 wheels are probably about 7.5kg. |

Best bet is for someone like paul323f to weigh his as he has them off at the moment |
