Good afternoon, I want to fit a Momo steering wheel to my 323F/P. What steering boss do I need, and what happens with the clock spring mechanism? I guess a resistor is used to fool the airbag system that the airbag is still fitted to the car. Will any of the aftermarket boss kits give the self cancelling indicator function and what about the horn wiring? Any help or advice warmly appreciated. Thanks.

The mx-5 (nb and nc if I remember correctly), rx7 (FD) and rx8, and a few other Mazda's have the same steering column spline, there should be plenty of boss kits available for them.
If you leave the clock mechanism in, it should all still work the same as factory.
Airbags like you say are fooled by resistors.
You should be able to get a neat little horn button for the centre of your steering, then just wire it into the correct pin.
