Had a search and don't seem to show up much :| ....... Know the car previously had a changer as found remnants of the cable, typical....

Anyway I've now got a 12 cd changer with the brackets and trying to think of best place, it'll have to go in the boot as it's the size of a breeze block lol. Not too keen on back of seat back in case of pushing them forward to carry stuff, right side is no good as boot light and washer bottle in the way so thinking either on the floor on the left or mounted to the panel next to the filler pipework, hmmm, any ideas?

Rear of seats but fix it with velcro strips. Easy to remove if ever you do need to drop the seats but out of the way most of the time

I had a dealer option one under the passenger seat of my first F, didn't know it was there for the first five months of ownership.......i never got it working, though it did work, and think I sold it on to Hughie, the vent for the in car heating was to one side of it so it didn't overheat

Just seen this, thanks for the replies, in the end went with the suggested rear seat back on the smaller side but actually screwed into the seat back with self tappers and then cut slits in the material as I doubt the seats will be pushed forward and even if they did the other car we share my Saab has way more boot space so will use that.
Sits in quite nicely with wiring out of the way going to base of back but high enough up not to interfere with anything, I'll take apic when I get round to it
