It is coming along quite nice!Well done!
Do you consider to make holes in the rear bumper??That way it will make less drag and the air beneath the car will escape trough them not causing the bumper to act like a parachute.
Or maybe a flat bottom with diffuser at the back?? :D
What ecu will you use? Megasquirt or stock one??
Keep up the good work! :thumbright:

Nice! Keep up the good work! I'm sure tou will solve the problem. Make a diffuser like mine and you will se the gains from it!
What model silencer you used??
You stole my idea for mid silencer  i have one from CBR F1 600cc and i believe that it will be perfect for replacing the stock mid silenser..

It is possible to mount yes.The mounting holes are there.
Finding is hard yes..
I happened to have one here lying arround in the parts that we stripped from a friend's V6..
But not sure where is it..
And shipping a piece of metal to you is near insane..

i have retry ,and i think i really need the v6 part.
the top holes of the brace cant be bolting on the hole of the chassis .
but, actualy ,its just an bolt access for the one fixation of the triangle.
i think the ultra racing brace can be placed only withe this part.

As far as i can see from this picture..

Image

..the brace is holding on the outside bolt of the rear bushing for the control arm and at front it is mounted on the front bolt for the brace (wich you don't have) but the opening with tread should be there!

Take a picture of the brace you have and show it.
Is there a way that you have a wrong one (for different model, vehicle)?

Measure this lenghts!!

Image

There should the brace holds..

Measure the brace itself and see where is the problem.

It looks like you don't have the holes with treads for the brace... they has to be right behind that hole you show.
Maybe the 1.5 has no holes(i'm not sure any more) i will check the next time i get under the car..

There is a way to weld a nut and to make a mounting pint where the brace end is.
Drill a hole big enough for a nut to go trough, weld the nut to precutted square metal sheet with hole so the bolt goes trough.Plase the sheet with welded nut so the nut goes into the hole of tthe front axle and weld it like that.weld it on spots and check with the brace for aligning. Then weld it hard.Do the same for the both sides and put the damn brace on.Job done...
