Just a nudge for those who want to buy their tickets through the club. I will be placing an order this Friday (4th) so get your orders in :thumbleft:

Last call for tickets will be the 17th of August at which point I'll be making our final club order and removing tickets from the shop. Hopefully this gives everybody enough time but if not you will still be able to order your entry tickets through the JAE website.

Guys, you should have received your JAE tickets via email by now. If you havent received the email or there's an issue with the ticket - just let me know :thumbleft:

Received safely, thanks Lee! :D

Does this cover everything, or do we get something else for camping/car later?

Yup this covers everything Serena - it's the same as before where you'll need to park up by the gates when you get there and hand your ticket in to receive your wristband :thumbleft:

Fantastic to see everyone together again, and the typical club mayhem that ensued :evil4:

In particular it was a pleasure to see Stu, & Howie, who can't usually get to the one-day shows, plus daily visitors I hadn't met before (hello Paul & family), part of our Dutch contingent, and a couple of old-timers who dropped in who somehow I managed to miss being introduced to.

Have to say the atmosphere at the show overall was rather muted, certainly much quieter than 2015 (the last time I went to JAE), and there were far fewer stands than some of the one-day shows, but it was relaxed and well-organised, the amenities were good, and apart from the iffy fireworks I have no complaints.

Now to find a garage for Sundance over the winter and get him off the road for essential maintenance and hopefully a paint job.

Morning all,

First real chance I've had to get on a PC since getting home from JAE.

Thank you to everybody who came this year - really good to see everybody and spend time with you all. Huge kudos to the likes of Stu13 and Howie who traveled a long distance (as you always do) to attend this year! We'll be looking to try and make it easier or possibly cheaper to attend JAE next year :D

I agree with Serena's comments above that the event felt much more subdued and quieter than it has in the past. Not sure whether that's the change in venue or layout or maybe something else but we can only provide feedback and hope next year proves better in that department.

I noticed on Friday when looking through my club folder that we had been moved pitch as we we're due to have the smaller pitch closer to the toilets but adjacent to the one we were on...I wonder if a few clubs dropped out of something :doubt:

I'll be providing feedback on a few things such as the lack of showers and the fireworks being let off in Canada! But apart from that I think it was another brilliant JAE with this club :thumbleft:
